Initially, you can use the Phonebleaching 1-2x daily until the desired result is achieved.

It's best using our bleaching sets in the evening and abstain from the consumption of tea, coffee, wine and tobacco during the whitening phase.

In the beginning, we recommend using the CocoSmile activated carbon powder once a day before bleaching. As a result dental calculus and discoloration can be removed so the gel can develop on the clean and smooth surface.

A little tip when applying the bleaching gel: do not apply too thinly or too thickly.
